13 Drivers Detained for Drunk Driving
During road checks conducted by the police in Northern Cyprus, 13 drivers were found operating vehicles while under the influence of alcohol.
According to police information, the inspections took place at night in various regions of the country. Drivers who exceeded the legal blood alcohol limit were held accountable.
The police remind the public that such raids are conducted regularly to improve road safety and prevent accidents, especially during weekends.
