More Rain and Thunderstorms Expected in Northern Cyprus on February 17
According to the TRNC Meteorology Department, low pressure and a cold, humid air mass will continue to affect Northern Cyprus on Monday, February 17. Forecasters predict partly cloudy skies, with periods of heavy rain and thunderstorms throughout the day.
Temperatures will remain within the seasonal average, ranging between 14°C and 19°C across most areas. Winds will be moderate, coming from the southwest. There are no active weather warnings in place for today.

- Northern Coast: Kyrenia – 18°C, Lapta – 17°C, Akdeniz – 18°C, Alevkaya – 14°C, Esentepe – 16°C
- Western Coast: Lefke – 18°C, Güzelyurt – 19°C
- Central Region: Lefkoşa – 18°C, Ercan – 18°C
- Eastern Coast: Famagusta – 18°C, İskele – 19°C
- Karpas: Yenierenköy – 17°C
