On April 2nd, the weather in Northern Cyprus remains clear and hot

According to the TRNC Meteorology Department, on Tuesday, April 2nd, the region will be affected by high pressure and warm, humid air. In Northern Cyprus, the weather will remain clear, slightly cloudy without precipitation, with dust in the air, and high temperatures.

Today, the thermometer readings will rise 6–8 degrees above the seasonal climatic norm. The maximum temperature in some areas will reach 32-33°C.

The wind will be northwest, of moderate strength. No storms are expected in the region today.

Meteorologists continue to warn of dust brought to the TRNC from North Africa. It will persist in the air until April 4th.

North Coast: Kyrenia – 25°C, Lapta – 23°C, Akdeniz — 28°C, Alevkaya - 28°C, Esentepe - 26°C.

West Coast: Lefke – 27°C, Güzelyurt – 30°C.

Central Part: Nicosia – 33°C, Ercan – 32°C.

Eastern Coast: Famagusta – 28°C, Iskele – 30°C.

Karpas: Yenierenköy – 26°C.
