Heavy Rain and Thunderstorms Forecast for Northern Cyprus on December 3
The Meteorology Department of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (KKTC) has announced that the region will be under the influence of low pressure and cold, moist air in the upper atmosphere on Tuesday, December 3. Forecasters predict cloudy weather accompanied by heavy rain and thunderstorms.
Air temperatures have returned to seasonal norms, ranging between 15°C and 20°C across most of the country. According to the weather map, rainfall is expected in all areas of the island today.
Winds will blow from the southeast at moderate strength, with occasional strong gusts. However, no storms are anticipated in the region.
Despite the unsettled weather, no official weather warnings are in effect for Northern Cyprus at this time.
