According to the Memorandum of Understanding signed on July 13, 2023, between the Ministry of National Education and the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Turkey, YTB quotas have been allocated for the 2025–2026 academic year for students wishing to enroll in Turkish universities based on A Level exam results.
Director of the Higher Education and International Relations Department at the Ministry of National Education, Behçet Çelebi, stated in writing that 70 places have been allocated this year: 60 YTB scholarships covering full tuition in 31 fields of study and 10 additional scholarships under the employment program in 10 other fields.
It is also noted that applicants with A Level scores may be required to provide TOEFL IBT, IELTS, or SAT results to verify foreign language proficiency.
Admission score thresholds vary depending on the faculty and institution. Detailed information and the list of required documents will be published later on the Ministry of Education website (http://www.mebnet.net).
