More than 500 Turkish Airlines passengers left without luggage

Turkish Airlines forgot the luggage of more than 500 Russian tourists who arrived at Vnukovo Airport (Moscow) from Antalya.
Passengers said they waited more than an hour at the baggage claim. Afterwards, airport staff informed them that the suitcases had remained in Antalya.
Airport representatives said the luggage would not be returned for at least a month. According to one version, the bags may have been mixed up and sent to the wrong conveyor belt at departure.
