TRNC Department of Communications Warns Debtors of Internet Disconnection
The TRNC Department of Communications has issued a warning to debtors regarding an upcoming internet disconnection. Subscribers who have outstanding balances are at risk of having their voice calls, data transmission, and internet services disconnected if their debts are not settled by June 14.
According to the Department of Communications, outstanding debts as of April 30, 2024, must be paid off by June 15 to avoid service interruption.
Additionally, subscribers who have failed to pay for communication services for more than 12 consecutive billing periods (starting from the end of May 2023) will have their lines canceled and subscriptions terminated if they do not settle their debts.
To prevent any inconvenience, subscribers can make payments by visiting the accounting office of their nearest telecommunications department or a bank branch.
