NOTAM Issued for Ercan Airport: Flight Delays Possible
Turkey has issued an aviation notice (NOTAM) for TRNC airspace due to a potential military operation.
According to the Ministry of Transport, the notice will be in effect from March 18 to April 12 and may be activated during specific hours if necessary.
Minister of Transport Erhan Arıklı noted that the region is going through a tense period, and the measure was introduced for security reasons.
In the event of NOTAM activation, delays in departures from Ercan Airport are possible. Passengers are asked to be understanding of potential schedule changes.
