Voters in Northern Cyprus will be able to find out where to vote online
Voters in Northern Cyprus will be able to find out where to vote in the presidential elections on October 19, 2025, through the online resources of the Supreme Electoral Council (YSK) and the website www.mahkemeler.net by entering their identity card number, according to a YSK statement.
On the sites ysk.gov.ct.tr and www.mahkemeler.net, there is a link "Where will I vote," where voters can get the number and location of their polling station by entering their ID number.
YSK in statement No. 12 indicates that if no result is obtained when entering the new 10-digit number, one should try the old 6-digit number. If the problem persists, the voter can contact the relevant district electoral commission at the phone numbers listed in the statement.
Contact phone numbers of district electoral commissions: Lefkoşa — 612 20 25; Famagusta — 612 20 40; Girne — 612 20 56; Güzelyurt — 612 20 72; İskele — 612 20 82; Lefke — 612 20 98.
YSK also reports that district commissions have taken measures to facilitate voting for citizens with limited mobility. Voters who have previously determined that they will not be able to reach their assigned station due to it being on an upper floor or lacking a ramp must notify the relevant district commission by October 16 using the listed phone numbers so that additional measures can be taken.
This option allows voters to find out the location of their polling station in advance and request organizational support measures if necessary.
