Kıb-Tek set the deadline for paying electricity debts — November 5, 2025
Kıb-Tek urged subscribers with overdue debts to pay them by November 5, 2025.
The official statement indicates that disconnections will affect subscribers in Northern Cyprus with debts for periods up to and including September 2025, and with a total debt exceeding 675 Turkish lira. Consumers with unpaid installments under signed contracts and payment plans will also be disconnected.
The text clarifies that electricity disconnections will concern all private and legal subscribers with the mentioned types of debts. The date of mass disconnections is Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
The announcement was published on October 31, 2025. Subscribers are advised to settle their accounts with Kıb-Tek by the specified date to avoid power cuts.
