Mayor of Gonyeli speaks about new projects: focus on infrastructure and residents’ comfort

Mayor of Gonyeli, Hüseyin Amdjaoglu, made a statement regarding ongoing and planned municipal projects, emphasizing that the priority remains the everyday needs of residents and the sustainable development of the district.

According to him, the municipality is focused on improving road infrastructure, enhancing public spaces, and upgrading engineering networks. Special attention is given to projects related to stormwater drainage, sidewalks, and green areas — these are the issues most frequently raised by the residents themselves.

He noted that work is carried out in stages, taking into account the budget and actual needs of the districts, and the municipality's goal is not one-off solutions but long-term improvements in the quality of the urban environment. He also emphasized the importance of transparency and promised to regularly inform the public about the progress of the projects.
