Injured Sea Turtle Rescued at Les Ambassadeurs Beach

Staff at the Les Ambassadeurs Hotel & Casino beach noticed a sea turtle entangled in nets and managed to save it just in time.

The incident occurred in the morning. Beach workers spotted the turtle in the water, struggling to move due to the netting. The animal was promptly pulled from the water and given first aid.

Upon inspection, injuries were found on the turtle's shell and flippers.

The animal was later transferred to the Taşkent Doğa Parkı Yaban Hayatı Kurtarma Merkezi (Tashkent Nature Park Wildlife Rescue Center), where specialists will handle its treatment and rehabilitation. According to center staff, the turtle's condition is under control and it will receive necessary medical care.

Experts remind that sea turtles play a vital role in the Mediterranean ecosystem and urge the public to contact specialists in similar cases and treat nature with care.
