Training Shooting with Anti-Aircraft Gun to be Held at Chamurova Range
The municipality administration of Güzelyurt reported about the training exercises at the Chamurova Anti-Aircraft Artillery Range. Access to the shooting area will be prohibited for four days.
Shooting with anti-aircraft guns will take place at the range from March 4th to March 8th, daily from 08:00 to 18:00.
The statement from the district administration of Güzelyurt indicates that it will be dangerous to be in this area during the days and hours of shooting.
It is also noted that since the search and disposal of unexploded ammunition after the exercises will continue for some time, entry into the territory should be avoided until the ban is lifted.
In case of discovering unexploded shells and bullets left after the exercises, they should be reported to the nearest military unit, as they may pose a threat to the safety of citizens' lives and property.
