In Northern Cyprus, strong showers and thunderstorms are expected on February 14th
According to the Department of Meteorology of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, on Wednesday, February 14th, the region is under the influence of low pressure and cool, moist air. There are two storm warnings in effect for the region.
Meteorologists forecast variable cloudiness, heavy showers, and thunderstorms. The air temperature has returned to climatic norms: thermometers will rise to 18-19 degrees Celsius. The wind is north-eastern, of moderate strength.
Two meteorological warnings are in effect for Northern Cyprus: due to stormy winds at sea and heavy precipitation with thunderstorms.

Northern Coast: Kyrenia – 19°C, Lapta – 19°C, Akdeniz - 18°C, Aleka - 14°C, Esentepe - 15°C.
Western Coast: Lefke – 19°C, Güzelyurt – 19°C.
Central Part: Nicosia – 17°C, Ercan – 17°C.
Eastern Coast: Famagusta – 18°C, Iskele – 19°C.
Karpas: Yenierenköy – 18°C.
