Storm Warning Issued for Northern Cyprus Due to Strong Winds
The Meteorology Department of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) has issued an emergency storm warning for April 1, as strong winds are expected to affect the region. Residents are advised to take safety precautions.
According to meteorologists, unfavorable weather conditions will persist in Northern Cyprus from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. During the day, gusts of southeast winds blowing westward may intensify, reaching up to 7 on the Beaufort scale.
In addition, the African dust warning remains in effect, with dust particles expected to stay in the air until tomorrow.
