Short-term rains expected in Northern Cyprus

The Cyprus Meteorological Service reported that on Thursday and Friday precipitation is expected in Northern Cyprus.

Air temperature in central areas will range from +27 to +30°C, on the coast — from +23 to +26°C.

According to the forecast, from November 4 to 10, the region will be under the influence of two different systems. At the beginning of the period, warm and humid weather is expected due to a high-pressure area, while closer to the end of the week — a cool and humid front due to low pressure in the upper layers of the atmosphere.

Throughout the week, the weather will be mostly cloudy. On Thursday, light rain is possible until noon, and on Friday — in the second half of the day. The wind will be from the north, moderate in strength.
