"State Supreme Council for Youth Affairs" Established in Northern Cyprus
A new "State Supreme Council for Youth Affairs" has been established in Northern Cyprus. The relevant protocol was signed by the Deputy Prime Minister, the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, Youth, and Environment, and the Youth Federation.
This agreement outlines the opening of new youth centers and the transfer of existing ones, while also encouraging collaboration in youth programs, culture, arts, sports, and environmental conservation.
In addition, the Ministry will organize events such as educational seminars and conferences, workshops, environmental awareness initiatives, social responsibility projects, and both national and international youth projects in partnership with the Federation.
Under the protocol, the following youth centers will be transferred to the Youth Federation:

Dipkarpaz Youth Center

Vadili Youth Center

Pashakoy Youth Center

Akdogan Youth Center

Bostanci Youth Center

Güzelyurt Youth Center
The Federation will oversee activities at these centers in collaboration with senior school student councils, under the supervision of the Supreme Council for Youth Affairs.
Moreover, cultural and artistic events will be organized in rural areas. This protocol will be valid for three years, with the option for renewal upon mutual agreement between the parties.
