Three suspects detained in Northern Cyprus over theft of gas cylinders
Police have detained three individuals suspected of a series of thefts of gas cylinders from residential courtyards. According to law enforcement, five kitchen gas cylinders were stolen from three different households.
The incidents occurred at different times; however, during the investigation police established links between the episodes and identified the suspects. All three were detained and taken to the police station, and criminal proceedings have been initiated against them.
Police continue the investigation and urge residents not to leave gas cylinders and other valuable items unattended in courtyards and open areas.
