Stormy winds are approaching Northern Cyprus
In the next few hours, the wind will intensify in Northern Cyprus. Meteorologists have issued a warning. According to the Department of Meteorology of Northern Cyprus, the northeasterly wind will strengthen to storm force after noon.
The department's message states that from 12:00 to 22:00, wind gusts could reach a force of 7 on the scale.
It is worth noting that along with the stormy winds, the region is under four meteorological warnings.
In Northern Cyprus, there remains a high risk of forest fires, moderate ultraviolet radiation, and dust brought into the country from North Africa. Fine particles will linger in the air until tomorrow evening.
