Applications Open for TEKNOFEST 2025 in the TRNC

The application process for the TEKNOFEST technology competition is officially underway, with the highly anticipated event scheduled to take place in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) next year.

TEKNOFEST is a global platform designed to unite the brightest talents in technology and innovation. Aspiring entrepreneurs, engineers, and tech enthusiasts are invited to showcase their groundbreaking projects and compete for recognition at this prestigious event.

Interested participants must submit their applications by January 15, 2025.

Earlier this year, TRNC President Ersin Tatar met with a delegation to discuss preparations for hosting the 2025 TEKNOFEST Aviation, Space, and Technology Festival in Northern Cyprus. During the meeting, President Tatar was briefed on the progress of the organizational efforts. The festival will take place under the patronage of the TRNC Presidency and with organizational support from Turkey’s T3 Foundation.

In 2024, TEKNOFEST in Adana welcomed 1.1 million visitors, including residents and tourists from Turkey and beyond. Among the highlights were innovative projects by students from the TRNC, with several youth teams from Northern Cyprus universities winning top awards at the festival.
