President of Southern Cyprus Nikos Christodoulides announced the activation of the second part of the "Minds in Cyprus" initiative — a digital platform designed to attract professionals working abroad back to the island. The platform, hosted under the Ministry of Labour, includes a new module called "Opportunities for Talent."
