Police Conducted Raids at 14 Addresses in Nicosia, Kyrenia, and Güzelyurt — 5 Detained
This morning, the police of Northern Cyprus, according to the press service, carried out simultaneous searches at 14 addresses in Nicosia, Kyrenia, and Güzelyurt. The operation was aimed at locating individuals for whom the Council of Ministers had issued a deportation decision (ihraç kararı).
According to the police, during the raid five people were found and detained, all subject to deportation orders.
