In response to appeals from the families of the missing to the European Court of Human Rights, the Northern Cyprus prosecutor’s office initiated an investigation into the circumstances of their deaths under the supervision of the Main Police Department.
Accordingly, the police are calling on anyone with information about missing or deceased Greek Cypriots to contact the Main Police Department in Nicosia. To schedule an appointment and give a statement, the police can be reached at: +90 548 811 2179 (main) and +90 548 811 2178 (for English speakers).
