The individual sought by Canada has been declared an undesirable migrant in the TRNC
The Council of Ministers of the TRNC has recognized another foreigner as an undesirable migrant. A citizen of Kuwait is being sought by Interpol Canada.
According to a document published in the Official Gazette, Fadi Al-tujman, born in 1982, who is sought by Interpol Canada with a red notice, has been declared a prohibited migrant in the country.
He is suspected of assault, attempted murder, sexual violence, and forcible detention.
In the opinion of the TRNC authorities, since there is a possibility that the said citizen will ignore the laws of the country, this "threatens public order and may sow hostility towards the state."
