Two earthquakes occurred last night near the coast of Büyükçekmece in the Sea of Marmara. This was reported by the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD).
The first earthquake, with a magnitude of 3.5, took place at 02:33 on June 12, and had a depth of 8.36 kilometers.
The second earthquake also occurred near the coast of Büyükçekmece in the Sea of Marmara at 4:17 AM. AFAD reported that the magnitude of the second earthquake was 2.8, and its depth was 4.9 km.
