Fatal Accident on Kyrenia–Nicosia Highway: Pedestrian Killed
A fatal road accident occurred on the Kyrenia – Nicosia main road.
Around 23:15, a 22-year-old driver struck 51-year-old pedestrian Musa Mavideniz, who was on the road. The man died at the scene from his injuries.
According to police, the driver was traveling on the main road and collided with the pedestrian while changing into the far-left lane.
The driver has been detained, and the investigation is ongoing.
