TRNC Council of Ministers Cancels Deportation Orders for 27 Individuals
The Council of Ministers of the TRNC has overturned deportation and entry ban orders for 27 individuals. The decision was made “to preserve family unity.”
Under the new decision, the individuals listed below will be allowed to remain in the country (or enter it) if they pay fines related to visa overstays.
The official list of those pardoned has been published in the “Official Gazette.”
The decision specifies that these 27 individuals can enter the country upon settling the fines incurred due to their visa overstays.
