Union of Turkish Cypriot Young Professionals Prepares Proposals for Authorities

Ardıç Taşçıoğlu, Chairman of the Union of Turkish Cypriot Young Professionals (KTGPB), spoke about the organization's goals, ongoing projects, and a new survey-based study.
According to him, the association was created to gather young Turkish Cypriot specialists from various fields under one platform, strengthening social solidarity and professional cooperation. The organization views diversity as a strength and prioritizes mentorship support for those just starting their careers, as well as industry development through projects and joint initiatives.
Taşçıoğlu emphasized that one of the main tasks is to create a reliable support network and an effective representation mechanism for young Turkish Cypriot professionals living abroad.
Currently, the union is conducting a survey aimed at identifying the problems and obstacles young specialists face when returning to the island. The collected data is planned to be submitted to the Presidency to help form a package of state incentives.
Those wishing to participate in the study must become members of the union. The application form is available via the link in KTGPB's official social media accounts.
