Temperatures to Reach 41°C: Weather in Northern Cyprus for June 26
According to the TRNC Department of Meteorology, on Wednesday, June 26, the region will continue to experience low pressure and hot, humid air. Meteorologists predict clear to partly cloudy weather.
Today's air temperature will rise 5-7°C above normal, reaching a maximum of 41°C. The hottest weather is expected in Nicosia and Ercan.
The wind will be southwest, moderate in strength. No storms are expected today.
Two meteorological warnings are in effect for Northern Cyprus. The risk of natural fires remains very high, and the level of ultraviolet radiation is also high.
It is advised not to stay in the sun for more than 15 minutes, especially between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM, without taking necessary precautions.
