TRNC to Participate in MÜSİAD EXPO 2024 International Trade Fair in Istanbul
The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) will be participating in the MÜSİAD EXPO 2024 International Trade Fair, set to take place from November 26 to 29 at the TÜYAP Exhibition and Congress Center in Istanbul.
Mahmut Asmalı, President of the Independent Industrialists and Businessmen's Association (MÜSİAD), announced that this year’s MÜSİAD EXPO will feature a wide range of events, panels, and bilateral business meetings. More than 300 companies from 24 different sectors are expected to participate.
Countries participating in this year’s exhibition include the Netherlands, Germany, Azerbaijan, China, Venezuela, the USA, Georgia, Australia, Belarus, Indonesia, Malaysia, Albania, Iran, India, Uzbekistan, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in B2B (business-to-business) meetings with over 600 international purchasing delegations from 88 countries.
The event is expected to draw international diplomats, Turkish ministers, and Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
A special reception for diplomatic missions will be held, with the participation of ambassadors and consuls general currently serving in Turkey. In addition, the Global MÜSİAD Presidents’ Meeting will take place.
This major international fair, held every two years, aims to strengthen Turkey’s presence in global markets. The theme for this year’s forum is "Global Trade is Already Here."
At the previous fair, over 80,000 participants attended, and this year, the organizers aim to increase that number to 100,000.
