Minor earthquake recorded off the coast of Northern Cyprus
The Seismological Service of the Meteorological Department reported a minor earthquake recorded today at 14:38.
According to the Regional Earthquake Monitoring and Evaluation Center, the epicenter was located approximately 67 kilometers from the Lefke seismic station, in the sea northwest of the island.
The magnitude of the tremors was 3.7 on the Richter scale, with the focal point located at a depth of about 28 kilometers.
There have been no reports of damage or injuries.
