Free Parking Time Extended at Ercan Airport
Starting June 10, the free parking period at Ercan Airport will be extended from 10 minutes to 30 minutes. The change is expected to make passenger drop-offs and pick-ups easier and help reduce traffic congestion at the airport.
As part of this new arrangement, parking meters will be installed at the airport entrance.
This means vehicles entering the airport will now have 30 minutes to drop off or pick up passengers free of charge.
Those who stay longer than 30 minutes will be required to pay a parking fee upon exit, based on the rates set by the Ministry of Finance.
The new system is expected to ease traffic flow and save time for travelers, especially during short visits.
