Unknown Individuals Put Plastic Zip Ties on Cat's Paw in Aslanköy
A resident of Aslanköy reported animal cruelty: three interconnected plastic zip ties were found on the paw of his cat named Duman.
According to the owner, the cat is calm and poses no danger, and she could not have put such ties on herself.
The owner intends to check CCTV footage and, if evidence is found, contact the police. He also asked any possible witnesses to come forward.
Animal welfare organizations noted that the incident causes serious outrage and urged the public not to remain indifferent.
