Health Clinic Reopens in Karaagaç Village After 12 Years
The health clinic in Karaagaç village has reopened following renovations, marking a significant milestone for the community. The clinic had been closed for 12 years, but now, local residents will have access to medical services every Tuesday.
The Minister of Health of the TRNC, Hakan Dinçürek, announced the clinic's reopening after such a long hiatus.
According to the Minister, starting today, medical services will be provided every Tuesday, with a doctor and nurse available to assist the local population.
Minister Dinçürek emphasized that since taking office, his ministry has placed great importance on ensuring healthcare services are available locally, in line with the Prime Minister’s proposals.
"We are building new healthcare centers, strengthening existing ones, and reviving inactive medical facilities," the Minister stated.
Hakan Dinçürek also expressed his gratitude to everyone who contributed to reopening the clinic and hoped that this would greatly benefit the residents of the region.
Ceyhun Kırok, Mayor of the Çatalköy – Esentepe Municipality, also expressed his thanks, calling the reopening a crucial step toward improving healthcare services for the local community.
