A drinking water bottling point opened in Dikmen offering water at an affordable price

The Municipality of Dikmen has launched a drinking water bottling point that will allow residents of the region to purchase high-quality drinking water at an affordable price. The official opening of the facility took place with the participation of local authorities and members of the public.
The price of one bottle (damacana) has been set at 20 Turkish lira. At the same time, residents of the district receiving social assistance will be able to receive drinking water free of charge.
The opening ceremony was attended by Dikmen Mayor Yuksel Celebi, leader of the Republican Turkish Party Sila Usar Incirli, Deputy Speaker of Parliament Fazilet Ozdenefe, MP Ongun Talat, members of the municipal council, mukhtars, and local residents.
Speaking at the event, Sila Usar Incirli praised the work of the Dikmen municipality and emphasized that Mayor Yuksel Celebi consistently defends the interests of the population and implements projects focused on public needs.
In turn, Yuksel Celebi stated that people and their needs always form the basis of the municipality’s policy. According to him, despite emerging obstacles, the Dikmen authorities will continue to implement socially oriented projects with the support of local residents.
The opening of the bottling point is aimed at providing the region’s population with clean and high-quality drinking water, as well as reducing the financial burden on families.
