Man detained in Famagusta for brandishing a pistol from a car window
In Famagusta, police detained a 21-year-old man following an incident on Ismet Inonu Boulevard.
According to the police, on April 6 around 15:30, the young man pointed an object resembling a pistol out of a car window and brandished it in the street.
Police officers intervened promptly and detained the man at the scene. During the investigation, it was revealed that the pistol turned out to be a toy.
The object was seized as physical evidence. The investigation into the case is ongoing.
