Blood Donation Drive to be Held in Gönyeli–Alayköy
Gönyeli–Alayköy Municipality has announced a blood donation drive organized in cooperation with the Blood Bank of Dr. Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital in Nicosia and the Thalassemia Association.
Blood donations can be made tomorrow from 09:00 to 14:30 at the Gönyeli–Alayköy Municipality building.
The municipality emphasized that every donation can provide hope for life. The campaign is being held to attract more voluntary donors and support patients, especially those with thalassemia, who frequently face blood shortages.
Organizers have called on all residents to participate in the drive, noting that blood donation is one of the most important expressions of solidarity and can save a life.
