Tenant arrested in Kyrenia for forged payment document
In Kyrenia, police detained a 42-year-old man who was living in a rented house in Lapta and failed to pay rent amounting to £550, but instead produced a forged bank receipt with stamps.
The fake document was sent via WhatsApp to the person responsible for collecting rental payments in order to create the appearance of payment.
The suspect has been detained.
