Possible telephone and internet service disruptions in Nicosia on the night of August 18–19
The Cyprus Telecommunications Department (Telekomünikasyon Dairesi) has warned Nicosia residents about possible telephone and internet service disruptions on the night of August 18–19, 2025. According to the department, technical maintenance will take place from 00:00 to 06:00, which may cause temporary interruptions in internet, telephone, and leased line services.
The department asks subscribers for understanding and recommends taking necessary precautions due to potential inconveniences. It is advised to complete important online tasks in advance and ensure alternative means of communication during the maintenance period.
