An ice rink will open in Nicosia for the first time
In the capital of Northern Cyprus, Nicosia, a festive ice rink will operate for the first time in the city’s history from 15 to 27 December. This was announced by the municipality.
The rink is planned to be installed in the central part of the city. Organisers note that the project aims to create a vibrant New Year atmosphere, offer residents and visitors a new winter activity, and become one of the key events of the season.
The rink will be open to visitors of all ages. A detailed programme, operating hours and visiting conditions will be announced in the coming days. The initiative has already generated great interest among residents on social media.
