Weather Forecast for the TRNC on August 7

According to the TRNC Meteorology Department, low pressure and hot, humid air will continue to affect the region on Wednesday, August 7. Northern Cyprus will experience clear to partly cloudy weather without any precipitation.

The air temperature will remain within the climatic norm. The hottest weather today is expected in Nicosia and Ercan, with temperatures reaching up to 39°C. On the northern coast, temperatures will range between 31°C and 34°C.

The wind will be southwesterly and moderate in strength. No storms are expected today.

Two meteorological warnings are still in effect in Northern Cyprus. The country remains at a very high risk of wildfires.

The ultraviolet radiation level is also very high.

It is advised not to stay under the sun for more than 10 minutes, especially from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, without taking necessary precautions.
