Electricity outages expected in several TRNC districts
The energy company KIB-TEK has warned of temporary power outages in several areas of Northern Cyprus due to technical maintenance.
On Thursday, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the following areas will be without electricity:
Tarsan Çiftliği, Beşparmak, Değirmenlik quarries, Alevkayası, Yayla Tepe, Teknecik, Davutköy, Alagadi, the Golf Course area, Karaağaç and its coastal complexes, Esentepe, Bahçeli, and surrounding territories.
Additionally, on Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, outages will affect:
Boğazköy, Pınarbaşı, Kömürcü, Ağırdağ, the Boğaz junction area on the Nicosia – Kyrenia highway, St. Hilarion, and adjacent areas.
KIB-TEK noted that power may be restored earlier or later than the specified times; therefore, residents are asked to take necessary precautions in advance.
