Driver’s License Fees in the TRNC for 2025 Announced
The Ministry of Public Works and Transport of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) has released the updated fees for obtaining and renewing driver’s licenses starting in 2025.
According to the official announcement, the fees are as follows:
- 1-year driver’s license: 1,000 TL
- 2-year driver’s license: 1,500 TL
- 3-year driver’s license: 2,000 TL
- 5-year driver’s license: 3,000 TL
- 10-year driver’s license: 5,000 TL
Additional fees include:
- Learner’s permit: 1,500 TL
- Theoretical exam: 1,500 TL
- Practical driving test: 2,000 TL
- Duplicate license: 750 TL
For driving instructors, a 5-year instructor’s license is set at 6,000 TL.
