Universities of TRNC presented at a fair in Uzbekistan
The "Silk Road Turkish Universities Fair" was held in the capital of Uzbekistan, Tashkent. The exhibition featured around 20 universities from Turkey and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
Uzbek students actively participated in the fair, the aim of which was to promote education and opportunities in Turkish universities.
Speaking at the opening of the fair, the Turkish Ambassador to Tashkent, Olğan Bekar, noted that such exhibitions are of great importance in intellectual cooperation between countries.
According to the diplomat, the Turkish embassy attaches great importance to cooperation in the field of education and culture, which forms the basis of relations between the two countries. In the future, holding such fairs could become regular.
Uzbek students visited the booths set up by universities and received information about the cost and duration of education, as well as the opportunities for studying at branches.
