The English Version of the TRNC Courts Website Launched
The website of the TRNC courts is now available in English for the first time. The new online portal offers faster and more accessible judicial services with electronic case registration, information for lawyers, and the option to choose the English language.
- Work on the website continues with the goal of enhancing digitalization and improving the electronic services of the TRNC courts, as well as incorporating modern technologies into judicial processes, - stated the announcement.
The English version of the website was developed using modern internet technologies to raise international awareness and communication of the TRNC courts, as well as to facilitate service and access to information for foreigners living both in the country and abroad who are using the court services.
Thanks to this new service, users now have access to a large amount of information about the courts and the country's legislation in English.
Thanks to developments by the Court IT Department, the new website allows for a range of electronic services, including electronic submission of applications, an attorney portal, a system for tracking law enforcement and notifications. All records and subsequent actions related to the case can be carried out through the electronic file. Documents, including court orders and rulings, are also available on the website.
