Scholarship Applications in TRNC Open from February 17
Applications for Spring Semester 2024-2025 scholarships in Northern Cyprus will be accepted from February 17 to March 20. The Department of Higher Education has shared details on where and how students can apply.
According to the director of the Department of Higher Education and International Relations at the Ministry of National Education (YÖDİD), scholarship applications must be submitted through the department’s online platform: https://yobis.mebnet.net.
Students can find detailed information about the application process in the “Important Information” section on the same website.
Additionally, students enrolled in TRNC universities who received a scholarship for the 2024-2025 Fall Semester will need to update their academic records by logging into the website and uploading their transcripts and student documents for the Spring Semester. This step is necessary to continue receiving their scholarship payments.
Students studying in Turkey or other countries do not need to take any further action to continue receiving their scholarships.
