Merit Lefkoşa Hotel & Casino, the first five-star hotel in Lefkoşa, the capital of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus with its 10,000-year history, opened its doors on October 29, 2008 — a symbolic date — and began welcoming its first guests and serving the tourism sector of TRNC.
Rising in the very heart of Lefkoşa as a monument of art blending Ottoman and Byzantine architecture, the 14th floor of Merit Lefkoşa Hotel offers both southern and northern views of the entire city.
Since its opening, the hotel has hosted numerous meetings and dinners for various local and international companies, institutions, and organizations, in addition to offering accommodation.
Located in the most beautiful part of Nicosia, the hotel offers a “bed and breakfast” (BB) service in 116 richly furnished rooms and 262 beds.
