Since your data is already in the system, the residence permit renewal process is much simpler than the initial application.
Step 1. Log in to the TRNC Ministry of Interior website
Go to: https://permissions.gov.ct.tr/staypermit
Use the data already saved in the system — you only need to update and fill out the necessary forms.
Step 2. Submit documents to the police
After completing the online forms, print copies of the documents required for the residence permit renewal and take them to your local police station.
Step 3. Retake medical tests
As with the initial residence permit, you need to take medical tests.
Step 4. Pay insurance
Medical insurance payment can only be made with a TRNC local bank card. After payment, the information is automatically updated in the system.
