RoboVolt Robotics Club
Enrollment of Children in the Robovolt Robotics Club
Registration by phone: +357 95756566
We invite young explorers to the world of robotics and engineering!
Age Groups:
- 7-9 years
- 10-13 years
- 14-16 years
Where:
Paphos
What will we study?
- Assembly and design of robots
- Basics of engineering and electrical engineering
- Radio electronics
- 3D modeling / 3D printing
- Programming
Junior Group (7-9 years)
Children acquire construction skills and study basic logical structures in a visual environment, applying them to our projects.
Middle Group (10-13 years)
Children assemble more complex robots using the EV3 kit and prepare them for competitions: sumo, line following, maze, and others. They get acquainted with text-based programming, study complex algorithms, and apply them to their robots. Robots are saved in 3D models so they can be rebuilt in the future.
Senior Group (14-16 years)
Children dive into the world of radio electronics and electrical engineering, as well as 3D modeling and 3D printing.
At this stage, we assemble an analog robot that must follow a line without a microcontroller and program — pure radio electronics. Here children learn PCB etching, soldering, and get familiar with electronic components.
After mastering the basics of radio electronics, children create their own robots based on the Arduino microcontroller, while the robot’s base is printed on a 3D printer. Next, we prepare robots for line-following and maze competitions.
Competitions and Achievements:
Our students successfully participate in prestigious competitions such as Robotex, demonstrating their knowledge and skills!
