Aes Ambelis Winery

The winery was founded in the early 1990s with the aim of producing premium-quality wines. The estate is situated on the slopes of Kalo Chorio Orinis in the Nicosia district, approximately 28 km southwest of the capital.

The winery is a two-level building with modern equipment, an underground cellar for barrel and bottle aging, and a tasting and guest reception area. Tastings are usually accompanied by cheeses and meats from local producers.

The property is surrounded by a 3-hectare vineyard; the mentioned grape varieties are Maratheftiko, Shiraz, and Chardonnay. The winery is open year-round for visits and tastings, with tours of the production facilities and vineyards also available.

Santa Irene Winery

Santa Irene Winery is located in the Pharmakas vineyard area. The road reaches heights up to 1,300 m, and road conditions may vary, but the trip is generally worth it: local vineyards are considered some of the highest and oldest in the Republic of Cyprus (some vines are reported to be up to 150 years old).

The production capacity is approximately 50,000 bottles per year. The upper floor has a gallery for visitors, the middle floor houses the working area, and the lowest level contains a compact cellar for storage and aging.
